Refund policy

RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

Our policy lasts 14 days. If more than 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition in which you received it, and in its original packaging. In addition, in order to process your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer. If any of the above conditions are not met, it will not be possible to process your return. Additionally, it is an essential condition that we have received the product back in order to process your return; the return process will not begin until we have received your shipment.

Several types of products are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. Gift cards, downloadable software products, subscriptions or memberships, and certain health and personal care items are also non-returnable.

In addition, there are certain situations in which only partial refunds are granted.


REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. A monetary refund will only be issued if the product arrived in poor condition and you provide evidence of this; if the return is due to any other reason, the refund will be issued in the form of a store credit. If your refund is approved and it is determined—based on the reasons mentioned—that money is to be returned, it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days. If a store credit is issued instead, you will be informed by email of how to use it.


LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you have not yet received a refund, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

SALE ITEMS

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.


EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at clubescacslloret@gmail.com and we will provide you with the address to which you should send your item.


GIFTS

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you by email.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the person who gave the gift had the order shipped to themselves and then gave it to you, a refund will be issued to the gift giver and they will be notified of your return.


SHIPPING

To return your product, you must send an email to clubescacslloret@gmail.com and we will provide you with the address to which you should send your item.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning an item worth more than €50.00, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and failure to receive it may result in the inability to issue a refund, as stated above in this policy, since we must receive your returned item in order to process a refund.
