Images and Photographs

The Club d’Escacs Lloret may publish images and photographs taken during sporting and/or social activities, as well as during competitions, tournaments, and public chess events in which the Club or any of its players participate, for the purpose of informing about and promoting the Club’s activities, based on legitimate interest.

In the case of minors who do not belong to the Club and do not participate in a tournament organized by the Club d’Escacs Lloret—whose regulations expressly and explicitly include authorization to be photographed during the tournament and the informational and promotional use of such images, which may be published on the Club’s website (www.clubescacslloret.com) every effort will be made to use general, non-identifiable images.

Any interested person may exercise their right to object or request the removal of their image by sending an email to clubescacslloret@gmail.com
