Olga Levina Under-12 Champion in Sant Feliu de Guíxols

Last Saturday, Olga Levina shone in the Under-12 category of the Sant Feliu de Guíxols Tournament, becoming champion after an excellent performance. The young player scored 5.5 points out of a possible 7, matching her score from the previous tournament, where she also won an award.

In addition to winning her category, Olga achieved a remarkable position in the overall standings, finishing 4th and tied on points with second and third place. This feat earned her her third trophy of the year, solidifying her position as a contender to surpass last year's extraordinary record of eight trophies.

At the Lloret Chess Club, we have not only celebrated Olga's success, but also the excellent performance of the other young talents:

· Arnau Jiménez : runner-up (2nd) in the Under-12 category

· Oriol Gómez : third place (3r) in the Under-8 category

· Elián López : fourth position (4th) in the Under-8 category

These promising results have encouraged the Lloret players as they prepare for the Grand Final, which will be held next Sunday, the 22nd. With this enthusiasm and form, they arrive at this event with very positive feelings.
